own streaming service, Apple Radio. As part of its strategy to dominate the
market, Apple plans on signing celebs to curate playlists on the platform.
Drake,
Pharrell have been pencilled to be DJs on Apple Radio. Early this week it was
reported that Apple had plans to sign Drake for $19m. The world famous brand
has denied this figure. "Apple doesn't normally pay artists for those
types of collaborations" a source told Billboard.
